PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE: Members of the public are invited to submit written comments to members of the Committee on Judiciary, Safety, and General Services, by sending an email to JSGS@milwaukeecountywi.gov no later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time of this meeting. Please include the File Number in the email "subject" line. All submitted written comments will be included as part of the official public record. *The Office of the County Clerk collects written comments submitted via JSGS@milwaukeecountywi.gov, and appends these official public records to Reference File No. 20-34. The County Executive declared a public health emergency in Milwaukee County on March 13, 2020. The Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors consulted the Office of Corporation Counsel who advised on March 13, 2020, that, "the County Board and its standing committees, as well as other County boards and commissions, can legally convene remotely via telephone conference or video conference during this declared public health emergency."
